General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of bus tours and tourism services offered via the edonareisen.ch platform by Edona Group GmbH.
2. Booking and Contract
By submitting a booking request, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon written confirmation (by email) from Edona Group GmbH.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Payment is due before departure according to the terms specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 30 days before departure: free of charge
- 29–15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
- 14–0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price
5. Liability
Edona Group GmbH is liable within the framework of legal provisions for the proper execution of booked travel services. Liability is excluded in cases of force majeure.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used exclusively for booking purposes.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Edona Group GmbH.
